During my internship in Haid, I was very impressed by the “fans” of Haid. Every time we pay a visit to his ponds, he always treats us warmly. He told us that the fish feed used in his fishpond all come from Haid, and the animal health care products only purchased from Haid. Why he "loves" Haid's products? I learned from my mentor that before this farmer used Haid's products, every year he lost more than he earned, and he had to solve any problems he encountered during culturing period. Since Haid cooperated with him, the service staff of Haid go to his fishpond every day for water sampling and provide other service supports. When there is a problem with his fishpond, they will rush to help him solve it as soon as possible. In recent years, this farmer has made hundreds of thousands of money. Farmers can make money and the trust with Haid is solid. This explains “what is creating value for farmers”? When you do something for farmers and create a service system that makes farmers satisfied, they will give the biggest trust to Haid. I am overwhelmed by this Haid's attitude, which serving farmers on the ground.
During the three-month internship period, I will study hard to understand the techniques and skills required for feed sales and be proficient in the correct use of feed and Hailianke products. If I do not understand, I will actively ask my tutor or colleagues, and strive to have the quality of a qualified salesperson in the three-month period. When I become a formal staff, I will spend one to two years to learn how to communicate with farmers and how to integrate into the team of Haid. It is impossible to have a smooth life, solve problems, adjust your mind, learn how to communicate with others, improve your ability to resist pressure, and constantly optimize your work and increase your contribution rate under the condition of meeting the company's overall core competitiveness, so as to have the capital to stay in Haid, be a member of the team.
