新冠肺炎疫情爆發(fā)后，原本遍布大街小巷的理發(fā)店都大門緊閉不對(duì)外營(yíng)業(yè)。理發(fā)的平常小事，變成了職工不得不面對(duì)的大難題。集團(tuán)總部工會(huì)及時(shí)注意到職工的理發(fā)難題，想職工所想、急職工所急，把解決職工“頭頂”小事，當(dāng)成工會(huì)的“頭等”大事?？偛抗?huì)迅速組織黨工辦和人力資源中心，3月3日下午，在集團(tuán)總部“職工之家”舉行一場(chǎng)“溫暖人心，解決員工‘頭等大事’”的送理發(fā)上門服務(wù)活動(dòng)，邀請(qǐng)?zhí)K豪知名發(fā)廊上門為總部60多名員工提供了貼心周到的美發(fā)服務(wù)，得到員工高度贊許。
活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，為確保剪發(fā)活動(dòng)安全、有序開展，減少人群聚集等候，整個(gè)活動(dòng)采取了“分時(shí)分段分批”的方式進(jìn)行，每位到職工之家剪發(fā)的員工，必須戴口罩做好消毒防護(hù)，相互間隔1.5米以上，理發(fā)師為每位員工剪發(fā)前做到仔細(xì)消毒剪刀、推子、梳子等工具。發(fā)型師用嫻熟精湛的手藝、細(xì)致耐心地為海大人修剪出個(gè)性化的發(fā)型。一位正在理發(fā)的員工說(shuō)：“工會(huì)組織的上門剪發(fā)活動(dòng)太好、太實(shí)在、太貼心了，理發(fā)店都不開門，這把頭發(fā)苦了我一個(gè)多月，今天終于解決我的頭頂大事了。”
